South Korean industrial conglomerate Hyosung Group has launched a new project to increase PET recycling rates

The project, "Restoration to be Reborn," is an eco-friends' resource recycling project that aims to promote the recycling system of Jeju Island's resources and increase the use of recyclables across the country

Last year, the Hyosung Group partnered with Pleasts Mama, an eco-friendly fashion startup, to develop a new design backpack using recycled fibers

Pleated sacks knitted using a knitting method do not cause fabric waste or scraps because no cutting and stitching is required
