It is understood that the identification of the chemical park is based on the "Interim Measures for the Identification of Chemical Parks in Liaoning Province", submitted by the municipal governments, third-party assessments, and joint inspections by relevant provincial departments, and reported to the provincial chemical parks and hazardous chemical companies for safety and environmental protection hazards investigation and rectification.

The "Notice" emphasizes that all localities should further strengthen the standardized construction of the park in accordance with the standards and requirements of the chemical park, improve the support of the park's supporting facilities, and effectively improve the park's intrinsic safety and green development level, and ensure the safe operation of the chemical park

It is understood that after the chemical park is identified, Liaoning will implement daily supervision in accordance with laws and regulations.
