Repeatedly delved into the ethylene plant

He is like a "martial idiot", treating every part of the ethylene device as a martial arts move, and repeatedly studying and exploring

In 2016, Liu Tiebin participated in the preparation and commissioning
of the ethylene plant of the 1 million tons/year ethylene and refining reconstruction and expansion project.
Through his valuable experience, he has adopted dozens of rationalization proposals during the basic design and detailed design of the plant

to ethylene plant PID review, 3D model review, HAZOP analysis, simulation software review, and factory performance testing of key equipment.

The first full-process simulation test method
In 2019, as the construction of the ethylene plant came to an end, the operation team came to the site and entered the stage of preparation for the start of construction

Liu Tiebin led the operation team to complete the internal cleaning and tower internals inspection of more than 5,000 pipelines/sections in advance
.
The commissioning and start-up of the core equipment "three units" of ethylene plant has always been a difficult task
.
He resolutely undertook the arduous task of "three-unit" test run, and pioneered the whole process simulation test method, that is, under the condition of not introducing steam, complete all the starting conditions of the compressor, and simulate the speed up operation after the unit is reset, so as to test the reliability of the speed off assembly and the speed regulation system and the interlock protection system, expose and solve the problem in advance, and reduce the risk
in the operation of the unit.
After one and a half months, Liu Tiebin led the operation team to complete the test work of the three major units and created a record
of successful start-up.
After the ethylene plant was successfully put into operation in September 2020, the production entered a period of stable operation, and Liu Tiebin took on the heavy responsibility
of tail construction and on-site 5S management.
In the nearly one year that the plant was put into operation, there have been several difficult problems in the production of the device, and Liu Tiebin has overcome
them one by one.
