The Bank of England press release mentioned that the new £20 plastic banknote contains sophisticated security features and is the most anti-counterfeiting banknote currently issued by the Bank of Engla.

For the first time, the banknote contained two windows and a two-tone metal foil, making it difficult to counterfe.

The note will have haptic features to help visually impaired people identify the denominati.

The new £20 note will be the first to feature the signature of Sarah John, the Bank's chief tell.
