Support content and standardsThe "Administrative Measures" focus on supporting the construction of environmental infrastructure such as sewage and garbage disposal (Appendix 1), energy conservation and carbon reduction (Appendix 2), resource conservation and efficient utilization (Appendix 3), and highlighting environmental pollution control (Appendix 4)
