"Large-scale oil and gas field and coalbed methane development" is one of the ten major civilian science and technology special projects identified in the "National Medium and Long-term Science and Technology Development Plan Outline (2006-2020)", and it is also the only major special project led by an enterprise.
From the perspective of conventional gas, breakthroughs in ancient carbonate reservoir-forming theory and key technologies have facilitated the discovery and construction of the Anyue super-large gas field in the Sichuan Basin; innovative ultra-deep reef development mechanisms and supporting technologies have supported the discovery of my country’s first ultra-deep reef The deep reef large gas field-Yuanba large gas field; with the support of safe and efficient development technology for high-sulfur gas fields, the Puguang large gas field with an annual output of 10 billion cubic meters in my country has been built.
From the perspective of unconventional gas, significant progress has been made in key technologies for the exploration and development of unconventional natural gas, boosting the production of single wells in the Sulige tight sandstone large gas field by more than 2 times; horizontal well multi-stage staged fracturing, "factory-based" development and other technologies , To realize the effective development of Fuling, Changning-Weiyuan and other shale gas fields.
