China Petrochemical News Network reported on May 2, Maoming Petrochemical's oil refining division successfully put into use the reforming tank area newly built 80016# tank, which is an inner floating roof tank with a tank capacity of 20,000 m³, which is currently the largest reforming tank area.

Construction of the 80016# tank started at the end of 2019.

At present, there are currently 6 reforming raw material tanks in the refining division, of which there are 4 10000m³ internal floating roof tanks in the reforming tank area on the east side of the refinery, and 2 11000m³ internal floating roof tanks in the double tank area on the west side of the refinery.
