Recently, the online detection and identification technology of leaking materials in the circulating water system has been industrialized in the third circulating water field in the chemical operation area of the Maoming Petrochemical Water Operation Department.

The Ministry of Water Affairs has implemented the requirement of "leakage is an accident".

This technology uses the principles of air lift separation and Fourier infrared spectroscopy to build a leaked material analysis and online identification system for the circulating water system of the ethylene plant, which can realize online quantitative analysis of leaked materials, online detection and alarm, and quickly lock the leaking heat exchanger .
