Recently, Maoming Petrochemical's sulfur forming unit drum granulator water supplement system transformation project was put into use.
The daily sulfur dust generated has decreased by 80% year-on-year, and the annual sulfur dust cleaning cost can be saved by 202,500 yuan
.

Maoming Petrochemical's oil refining division combined with the third workshop carefully deployed, using the period of low acid gas load to carry out project transformation, overcoming disadvantages such as cross operation and material shortage, and completing all construction tasks safely and efficiently
.

After the project was put into use, the expanded water gun and spray head effectively reduced the temperature of the master batch at the tail of the drum granulator, met the humidity in the belly of the drum granulator, and greatly reduced the sulfur dust during the granulation and molding process
.

According to statistics, the daily sulfur dust recovered by the drum granulator dust recovery system has dropped from 30 packages (50 kg per package) to 6 packages
