The completion of this project marks a breakthrough in targeted poverty alleviation in Minhe County, and will provide a guarantee
for the long-term stable income increase of 561 households in five poor villages, including Xinmin Township Ancient Village, Zongbao Township Hajia Village, Longzhi Township Zhangjia Village, Xigou Township Nanyuan Village and Gangou Township Jiefang Village.

"Photovoltaic poverty alleviation is not only a new way of poverty alleviation, but also a new measure to expand the photovoltaic market, which is conducive to increasing income and employment for the poor people, and has obvious industrial driving and social benefits

" According to Wang Xinzhong, deputy county magistrate of Minhe County, the project is an important project in the photovoltaic poverty alleviation project in Minhe County, the project adopts the "company + poor household model" in the local area, under the premise of increasing the income of poor households, horizontal expansion to agriculture and animal husbandry, which can effectively avoid the business risks brought by single agriculture and animal husbandry, and at the same time, it will also bring new jobs to the local people, thereby achieving stable income

It is understood that Qinghai Yuanxin Artificial Environment Group, which participated in the construction of the project, began the construction
of 10MWP photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations in five villages as early as a year ago after obtaining complete measured parameters by building a 30KW test power station in Lijiahe Village, Zhuandai Township.
The project lasted for one year, and the Zhangjiacun photovoltaic poverty alleviation power station took the lead in connecting power generation
to the grid.
The village's 2MWP photovoltaic power station is fully funded by Yuanxin Group, and the villagers do not pay a penny, just provide the installation site

The project adopts the village-level power station model, and through the promotion of the whole village, the average poverty alleviation benefit of each household can reach more than 1,300 yuan per year, and the villagers of 250 households (including 108 poor households) can benefit
.

"Through one year of practice, we feel that poverty alleviation work should be precise, long-term, diversified and innovative, and in the future, the 'enclave model' will be adopted in terms of targeted poverty alleviation, that is, the poor households that have been registered and distributed throughout the county will be concentrated in one place according to regions and indicators, and unified construction
