[ Star Enterprise of Chemical Machinery Equipment Network ] Covestro has reached an agreement with Mitsui Chemicals to purchase its ISCC Plus certified raw materials phenol and acetone produced based on a mass balance method

The two raw materials will be supplied to Covestro's bases in Shanghai and Mata Province, Thailand, for the production of high-performance plastic polycarbonate, which will ultimately be used in automotive headlights, LED lighting, electronic and medical devices, and automotive windows.
