China Petrochemical News Network reported on March 31 that a leading domestic steel company commissioned Nanhua Company to compile a plan for removing carbon dioxide from oxygen blast furnace gas and carry out engineering design to add "green" to steel smelting.

The iron and steel company’s factory is working to develop a new green low-carbon smelting process—the hydrogen-rich carbon cycle blast furnace test project.
