Since the start of construction in February, the project department has closely focused on the 100-day labor competition and soilless installation goals formulated by Hainan Refinery and Chemical, and actively planned and coordinated scientifically.

From the beginning of civil construction, with hardened roads and ground as the key lines, the site construction status was accurately controlled, and the construction of civil foundations, water supply and drainage pipelines, electrostatic grounding and other underground engineering constructions was fully promoted, and the constraints affecting key lines were closely monitored to realize the project.
The project department established a green enterprise and established a leading group, carried out a number of activities with project leaders as the core, and actively promoted the progress of green construction sites, including leaders taking the lead in cleaning up on-site garbage, organizing environmental management training, setting up green environmental protection signs, and passing posters and boards.

As of mid-July, the project department has achieved the 100-day labor competition control point goal set by the owner ahead of time, hardening the construction road on site, and laying and compacting the ground gravel in the tank area

In the next step, the project department will carry out concrete pouring of the floor in the tank area, strengthen various management measures, accelerate the process of soilless construction, and create a good construction environment for static equipment installation, steel structure, process piping, electrical instrumentation and other professional projects.
