Sinopec News Network reported on the morning of May 18, the Luoyang Commercial Reserve Phase II project undertaken by Nanjing Engineering Company held a mid-handover ceremony, achieving high-standard mid-handover 43 days in advance.

The project is a key engineering project of the group company.

The project department started construction in September 2020 and completed the prefabrication of storage tanks in November 2020.

The project department will continue to adhere to the tenet of "serving the owners, only starting point and no end point", and achieve full-staff, full-process, all-weather, and full-service to ensure the smooth commissioning of the second phase of Luoyang Commercial Reserve.
