Construction scale: The project will build a new 1 million tons/year steam cracking ethylene unit, 350,000 tons/year HDPE unit, 300,000 tons/year LLDPE unit, 400,000 tons/year PP unit, and 400,000 tons/year gasoline hydrogenation unit , 500,000 tons/year aromatics extraction unit, 35,000 tons/year styrene extraction unit and corresponding system supporting projects

Total project investment: 12,673,770,000 yuan

In addition, Satellite Chemical plans to invest in a new green chemical new material industrial park project in Lianyungang Xuwei New Area.

The construction content mainly includes an annual output of 200,000 tons of ethanolamine (EOA), an annual output of 800,000 tons of polystyrene (PS), an annual output of 100,000 tons of alpha-olefins and supporting POE, and an annual output of 750,000 tons of carbonate series production units and related The supporting project will be implemented step by step in three phases

●The planned construction content of the first phase of the project includes 2 sets of 150,000 tons/year carbonate and electrolyte additive units, 2 sets of 100,000 tons/year ethanolamine units, 2 sets of 200,000 tons/year polystyrene units and supporting public and auxiliary projects;

● The planned construction content of the second phase project includes an annual output of 100,000 tons of alpha-olefin and POE units, and an annual output of 150,000 tons/year of carbonate series units;

● The planned construction content of the third-phase project includes polystyrene (PS) equipment with an annual output of 400,000 tons, and carbonate series equipment with an annual output of 300,000 tons

The project is scheduled to start construction before March 30, 2022, and the third phase of the project will be completed and put into production in December 2027
