On June 9, Zhao Penggao, deputy director of the Environmental and Resources Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, presided over a symposium on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in some regions in Hangzhou to report the progress of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality at the national level

The Zhejiang Provincial Development and Reform Commission will also coordinate with the departments of economy, construction, transportation, agriculture and rural areas, market supervision, and science and technology to promote the formulation of the "6+1" carbon peaking action plan.
