On December 2, the National Energy Administration issued the "Measures for the Implementation of Information Disclosure for Power Supply Enterprises".

The "Measures" require that power supply companies should actively disclose the basic information of power supply companies, information about power supply companies handling electricity business, electricity prices and charging standards implemented by power supply companies, power supply quality, and information about power outages and restrictions in accordance with these Measures and relevant national regulations.
