National standards for coalbed methane extraction technology released

The "Method for Determination of CBM Content" is the first technical standard in the field of CBM at home and abroad, and for the first time stipulates and standardizes the method and process for testing CBM content by surface drilling

The "Code for Design of CBM Well Drainage Engineering" is the first domestic technical standard for CBM drainage based on the geological characteristics and gas production mechanism of CBM.

The "Technical Specifications for Drainage and Production of Coalbed Methane Wells with Layered Controlled Pressure and Combined Layers" puts forward the concept of layered pressure controlled and combined layered drainage for coalbed methane wells for the first time, and established the selection and drainage management of drainage equipment under the conditions of double seams and multiple coal seams.
