    Recently, the Electric Corporation of Japan has signed a contract
    to build the BtoBE submarine cable connecting Singapore, Hong Kong and the United States.

    The BtoBE submarine cable will further strengthen and facilitate much-needed communications network expansion
    between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area, the San Francisco Bay Area and Singapore.
