    Recently, the innovative ecological project of Ningxia hydrogen energy industry chain led by Guohua Investment Company of the national energy group has started construction

    The project will build a new photovoltaic station with an installed capacity of 620 MW and an average annual power generation of 983 million kWh, two hydrogen production stations with a hydrogen production scale of 20,000 standard cubic meters per hour, two hydrogen refueling stations and supporting hydrogen pipelines
    .
    After the completion of the project, it is expected to produce 4,509 tons of high-purity hydrogen per year, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 746,000 tons
    per year.

    The project is located in Ningxia Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base, including photovoltaic power generation, electrolyzed water hydrogen production, hydrogen refueling station and hydrogen energy heavy truck and other subsystems, is expected to be completed and put into operation at the end of 2023, and part of the green hydrogen produced after completion will be supplied to the Ningxia Coal Industry Coal-to-Oil Project to realize partial green hydrogen substitution; Part of the supply to the hydrogen refueling station, to complete the hydrogen energy heavy truck hydrogen filling work
    between the surrounding thermal power plants and coal mines to transport coal.

    According to reports, after the completion of the project, it will realize 100% green hydrogen preparation and application, forming a whole industrial chain of renewable energy hydrogen production, coal chemical green hydrogen replacement, hydrogen storage and transportation, hydrogenation, and hydrogen energy vehicle application, which has a demonstration effect
    on achieving carbon emission reduction.
