    As of August 5th, North China Oil & Gas Company has extensively promoted and applied high-efficiency composite drainage gas extraction technologies such as optimized tubing string, smart bubble discharge, and plunger gas lift for 300 well times, accumulating more than 62 million cubic meters of natural gas production
    .

    With the extension of development years in North China’s main oil and gas production areas, on the one hand, the number of low-pressure, low-yield, and high-condensate oil and gas wells continues to increase, resulting in poor gas well bubble drainage effects, and some gas wells have been unable to achieve continuous and stable production

    On the other hand, the problems of large liquid production in gas wells and low manual dosing efficiency in some natural gas producing areas have caused difficulties in gas wellbore drainage and poor gas production efficiency


    The technical staff of the Institute of Gas Production Technology of the Academy of Engineering "crossed the river by feeling the stones", before putting into production, based on the gas test results and the later process expansion requirements, fully optimized and demonstrated the best production string of the gas well, and prolonged the stable production period of the gas well
    .


    For gas wells with poor bubble drainage effects, independent research and development are conducted to overcome technical problems such as the application boundary of remote intelligent plunger technology, well selection methods and tool optimization, and the development of "zwitterionic bubble drainage agent + nano bubble stabilizer + fluorocarbon" is the main focus.


    The high-efficiency composite drainage gas recovery technology successfully tapped the potential of the low-pressure and low-yield well D1-1-83, achieving an increase of 3,500 m3/day and a cumulative increase of 500,000 m3 throughout the year, realizing the long-term stability and effectiveness of low-efficiency gas well tapping measures.
