On February 15th, a CNPC cargo truck loaded with office supplies pulled supplies from the central warehouse.
This is a new phenomenon in 2021.

After understanding, it turned out that the material supply management center and the Petroleum Engineering Technology Research Institute of China Petroleum and Chemical Corporation had negotiated and determined that one idle enclosed warehouse with cranes, one semi-enclosed warehouse and part of the open-air storage area were leased to the company.
Provide loading and unloading operation services, generating about 300,000 yuan in annual revenue.

The center continuously optimizes the storage area in the warehouse, standardizes the site management, efficiently uses the storage space to achieve revenue and efficiency, effectively improves the turnover of its own materials and the utilization rate of the site, and further optimizes the available space.
The external lease can create an annual effect of more than 1 million yuan.

In addition to generating revenue from the use of the site, the center also uses the branch’s idle asset supermarket and Sinopec’s asset adjustment platform to increase the density of docking with the design and engineering departments, and strive to take the initiative in advance.
In the design stage, through the adjustment of the process and the program, it can consume all the assets throughout the year.

At the same time, through accurate, detailed and real-time consumption dynamic analysis, the inventory backlog is strictly controlled.
