Emergency Management Department 2020 Nian 10 Yue 2 issued notice, in order to strengthen the safety management of hazardous chemicals, to prevent and reduce the risk of chemical accidents, emergency management organized by the Ministry drafted a "dangerous chemical safety law People's Republic of China (draft).
