According to the oil and gas news network reported on August 29, according to a person familiar with the matter told Reuters, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia have the same
view of the crude oil market.
Saudi Arabia, the leader of the OPEC organization, said it was possible to balance the oil market
by cutting production.
Oman's Ministry of Petroleum said on Twitter that Oman also supports OPEC+'s efforts to
maintain stability in global markets in the face of volatility and challenges.
Sudan's energy and oil minister, Mohamed Abdallah, on the other hand, said the country supports OPEC+'s efforts to
maintain market stability in the face of distortions and volatility.
He also stressed the importance of the "statement of
the Saudi Energy Minister on market instability and price volatility".
Sudan, as an OPEC+ member, also expressed its full support for the mechanism developed under the OPEC+ Union, which "provides the necessary tools to guide and adjust oil production to address all market challenges,"
the statement added.
Iraq, Algeria, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Congo and Equatorial Guinea all made similar statements
ahead of the OPEC+ meeting on September 5.
The OPEC+ meeting brings together OPEC members and other producers, including big producers
