Petrobras and Petrobras jointly obtained oil and gas discoveries in the Aram block

Recently, Petrobras announced that it has made oil and gas discoveries
in cooperation with PetroChina in the first exploration well deployed in the Alam Salt Exploration Block in the Santos Basin.

Well 1-BRSA-1381-SPS was found at 240 km from Santos, State of São Paulo, with an operating water depth of 1905 m
.
The well confirms the aquifer segment through cable logging and fluid sampling, and the reservoir properties
will be further clarified by laboratory analysis.
The relevant data and data obtained by the well show the good exploration prospects of the Alam Block, and lay a good foundation
for further expanding the exploration results and clarifying the next exploration direction.
PetroChina and Petrobras joint operations will continue drilling to the design well depth as planned to further clarify the scope of oil and gas discoveries and reservoir properties

On November 7, 2019, PetroChina and Petrobras jointly won the bid for the Aram Under-Salt Exploration Block in Brazil's sixth round of bidding for the Under-Salt Block
.
On March 30, 2020, PetroChina and Petrobras, together with Brazilian salt oil regulator PPSA, officially signed a product-sharing contract
with the Brazilian National Petroleum Agency ANP.
