Sinochem News Network reported on August 16, the key project of PetroChina-Tarim Oilfield Natural Gas Ethane Recovery Project was successfully completed and put into operation, and qualified ethane products were produced

The natural gas ethane recovery project is to expand the ethane recovery device on the basis of the Tarim Oilfield condensate light hydrocarbon deep recovery project to provide high-quality ethane raw materials for the downstream Dushanzi Petrochemical Tarim Petrochemical Branch ethylene project to realize the deep utilization of natural gas resources

The Tarim Oilfield natural gas ethane recovery project is designed to process 10 billion cubic meters of natural gas per year, and the scale of a single unit is 5 billion cubic meters per year.
