Nitrile butadiene rubber NBR2808 is a medium nitrile high Mooney grade, which takes into account oil resistance, elasticity, high and low temperature balance, and is mainly used to produce high-end foam materials to meet the requirements of products such as damping performance, stiffness and smoothness

To this end, the scientific research team checked more than 30 kinds of additives and dozens of production processes in the preparation of nitrile rubber one by one, locked the source of non-environmental-friendly substances, and screened and determined the types of environmental-friendly nitrile rubber additives according to their formation mechanism

In order to ensure the smooth progress of industrialization, R&D and production technicians discuss and formulate industrial production plans, keep an eye on key process parameters, and continuously refine and improve the operation process
