In the past, due to the lack of professional protection devices, the installed cable middle end was exposed, such as the cable falling or the two ends of the cable pulled together, it was easy to damage the cable intermediate head
.
In order to solve this problem, the team used waste steel pipes to design and make the cable intermediate head protective shell, which is a flat steel
that cuts a waste DN159 welded pipe into two sections and welds holes on both sides.
For installation, snap the protective case on the middle head of the installed cable, and then bolt the protective case through the perforated flat steel to fix the protective case
.
The use of this device greatly reduces the force at the middle head when the cable is pulled and backlogged, effectively increases the tensile and compressive resistance at the middle head of the cable, and plays a good role
in protecting the middle head of the cable.
