Planning and development direction of Sinopec Key Laboratory of Microbial Oil Recovery

Recently, Sinopec Key Laboratory of Microbial Oil Recovery held the sixth technical committee meeting in Shengli Oilfield, establishing the second technical committee and management committee and conducting academic exchanges.

The Key Laboratory of Microbial Oil Recovery has vigorously carried out technical research and new technology applications, and the overall block solution with "microbial +" technology as the core further expands the adaptability of microbial oil recovery technology reservoirs, and the annual oil increase has increased from 36,000 tons to 100,000 tons .

The meeting requested that we should continue to strengthen the basic research of microbial oil recovery, closely follow up new biological technologies, optimize and improve the performance of bacteria and biological flooding systems, continue to promote industrial application standards and mature models, and rely on Sinopec’s key demonstration projects to establish rapid Reproduction and application of technology and craftsmanship.
