Plant tannin graft copolymer
The plant tannin molecule contains many active hydroxyl groups, so through initiation, it is easy to produce macro roots and active groups, and then graft copolymerization with vinyl monomers.
The reaction formula is:
In the formula, T=Tannin, tannin; X=COOH, COONa, CONH 2 and so on
.
[Preparation method] It mainly introduces the preparation of tannin-sodium acrylate graft copolymer.
The preparation method is to weigh the corresponding mass of acrylic acid (AA) in the reactor, and add an alkaline solution to the reactor to neutralize the acrylic acid.
3.
[Preparation method] Weigh 100g bayberry tannin extract into a high pressure reactor, stir and raise the temperature to 50°C, add 5g hydrogen peroxide to react for 30min, raise the temperature to 75°C, add 15g 37% formaldehyde , hydroxymethylation for 60min, continue heating to 120 ~ 140 ℃ was added sodium sulfite 20g, 120 ~ 140 ℃ in the sulfonation 3h, cooled to room temperature, to obtain sulfomethylated tannins
[Application] Sulfomethylated tannin is obtained by sulfomethylation reaction of tannin with formaldehyde and sodium bisulfite.
