Not only that, in order to strengthen the control of agricultural film pollution, local governments have also introduced a number of measures in accordance with local conditions.

For waste agricultural film recycling, processing and utilization enterprises, they should also discover the blind areas of recycling in time, and improve the recycling network system through measures such as adding outlets or optimizing the layout of outlets, so as to achieve full coverage of agricultural film recycling.

Gansu Province also proposed to implement the “reward for subsidy” funds for the recovery and utilization of waste plastic film in the special provincial agricultural ecological environmental protection program, and encourage enterprises to fully carry out the recycling and utilization of agricultural film in accordance with the principle of “supporting the big, the best and the strong” Effectively maintain the order of the agricultural film recycling market, and at the same time guide qualified enterprises to extend the industrial chain to carry out the deep processing of agricultural film recycled products to improve market competitiveness.
