On October 23, the Ministry of Commerce announced the preliminary ruling of the anti-dumping investigation on imports of EPDM rubber originating in the United States, South Korea and the European Union , and ruling that there is dumping of imported EPDM rubber produced in the above-mentioned countries (regions).

The margin rates imposed on each company are as follows.

American companies: The Dow Chemical Company 222.

South Korean companies: Kumho Polychem Co.

European Union companies: ARLANXEO Netherlands Co.
