In terms of plastic waste recycling and utilization, the province requires speeding up the construction of industrial parks, encouraging waste plastic resource utilization enterprises and projects to settle in, and promoting the development of plastic waste recycling and energy utilization industry clusters.

According to the "Plan", by the end of 2025, the production, sales and use of some plastic products will be banned and restricted in urban built-up areas above the county level in Henan Province, which will greatly reduce the use of disposable plastic products and provide a wide range of recyclable and degradable alternative products.
