The large-scale Sino-Russian chemical cooperation project has reached a new milestone! Russia’s largest oil and gas chemical company SIBUR Holding has announced that the Amur GCC project (Amur Gas Chemical Complex) has officially started construction, which will become a global One of the largest and most advanced polymer producers.
