    Add 282kg of hydrazine hydrate into the enamel reactor, turn on the steam heating until the temperature reaches 85C±50°C, then add 41kg of urea and stir for 30min
    .


    Raise the temperature of the kettle to 105°C±5°C, reflux for 2h, and then add 193kg of urea to the kettle

    In the reaction flask, add 100g of Hydrate and heat to 80-90°C, add 14.
    5g of urea, stir for 30min, heat up to 100-110°C, reflux for 2h and then add 50g of urea, continue refluxing reaction for 2h

    After cooling to 10°C, let it stand, filter, add 275g hydrochloric acid to the filtrate, let it stand, and filter with suction to obtain semicarbazide hydrochloride

    Used as a raw material in the pharmaceutical industry, for the synthesis of furan drugs such as nitrofuran and nitrofuran
