    Prysmian Group has been awarded a contract worth around €40 million to build a new submarine cable
    between Capri and Sorrento in Italy.

    The cable laying will be done by Prysmian ship Cable Enterprise

    Prysmian also supplied all relevant network components and required specialist civil engineering

    The submarine cable project is scheduled for completion
    in 2019.
