Recently, a new type of sealed valve independently developed by Shaanxi Coal Pujie Energy and Chemical Company has obtained utility model patent authorization.

It is understood that the black and gray water system shut-off valves (floating ball valves) in the coal chemical industry will easily cause damage to the sealing surface behind the valve seat due to the medium containing ash and particulate matter during use.

For this reason, technicians modified the floating ball valve by adding a valve seat gasket between the valve seat and the valve body, wrapping the gasket between the valve seat and the valve body, effectively preventing solid-liquid particles and media from being scoured for a long time.

After the implementation of this technical transformation, the slag discharge valve of the lock bucket system and the lock bucket flushing valve keep running continuously, and the online use cycle has been extended from the original 6-8 months to the current 18 months, effectively alleviating the erosion caused by the complex process media.
