Before the conversion to production, the company's production technology department and technical engineering department carried out market research and communicated with the sales center, and finally set the target on HP501M, which has a large market demand on the one hand, and the price is stable and higher than other mass polypropylene products; On the other hand, after careful technical analysis by the olefin center, it was found that there were few transition materials generated in the conversion process and the conversion cost was low

After the development idea was determined, the olefin center discussed with the production technology department and the technical engineering department, carefully prepared the conversion plan, and detailed the requirements for the adjustment of extrusion granulator, reaction temperature and pressure adjustment during the conversion process

In the process of conversion production, the post personnel pay close attention to the reaction conditions, adjust the reaction temperature and pressure in time, accurately judge the best adjustment time of additives and silo switching time, and shorten the switching cycle as much as possible while ensuring product quality, and reduce the generation of
transition materials.
After nearly 6 hours of coordination and cooperation, the product sampling and analysis was qualified, the production parameters were normal, the extruder ran stably, and the HP501M trial production was successful
