On August 9, the reporter learned from the Qinghai Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau that in accordance with the "double random, one open" method, the rapid inspection of refined oil quality in 8 cities and prefectures in Qinghai Province for the first time has been fully completed, and the pass rate of sampling inspection is 100%.
It is reported that the rapid inspection of the quality of refined oil products is from the 783 gas stations in the directory of refined oil market entities in the province, and 202 gas stations are randomly selected to conduct rapid testing
of their various labels of gasoline and diesel.
A total of 460 batches of refined oil products from PetroChina, Sinopec and social gas stations were randomly inspected
.
Among them, there are 270 batches of automotive gasoline and 190 batches of
automotive diesel.
The final inspection results are all qualified, and the sampling pass rate is 100%.
The rapid inspection of refined oil quality began in December 2021, which is the first rapid inspection of refined oil quality in Qinghai Province, and the first rapid inspection of refined oil quality in the five provinces and regions in northwest China
.
For many years, conventional laboratory testing of refined oil products has always been the main quality testing method of market supervision departments, but with the continuous development of the refined oil market, conventional laboratory testing has gradually exposed outstanding problems such as excessive testing cycle, large investment in administrative resources, and weak deterrence, which restricts the improvement
of the efficiency of refined oil quality supervision 。 To this end, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau actively explores ideas and horizons, and fully draws on the mature experience of rapid detection of refined oil quality in some provinces and cities in the mainland to carry out this testing work, which is a new measure to promote the comprehensive regulatory reform of the refined oil market in the province and a useful attempt to
further enhance the regulatory efficiency of refined oil products in the province.
