[Detection principle]

Kit method-hanging white pieces are decomposed into formaldehyde, sodium sulfoxylate and sulfur dioxide in food

[Reagents and equipment]

Test material: test tube and combination reagent (Figure 2-2)

[Operation method and result judgment]

Sample processing: Crush or cut the sample, take 1g in a test tube, add distilled water to 10mL, shake vigorously 20 times, and leave it for 5min
