    Absorption part: Dongshi’s own hedging pipeline reaction technology, high-efficiency atomization technology, new QYD mass transfer technology, tower bottom absorption technology and rich liquid capacity-increasing technology can be flexibly combined to efficiently complete H2S absorption in the desulfurization process.
    Compared with the traditional process, the sulfur capacity is increased by about 3 times, the solution circulation volume is reduced by more than 50%, the equipment investment can be reduced by about 30%, and the desulfurization effect is improved.
    Regeneration part: In the four high (high pressure, high CO2, high H2S, high purification) environment, the new technology can effectively solve the impact of CO2 on the desulfurization liquid.
    At the same time, the use of high-tech flash evaporation technology, rich liquid capacity expansion technology and differential pressure energy recovery technology can effectively reduce power consumption, extend the sulfur evolution time, and control the impact of CO2 on regeneration.
    Cao Zhangao, chief engineer of China Nitrogen Fertilizer Industry Association, said in an interview with reporters that Dongshi desulfurization technology is a desulfurization technology that the nitrogen fertilizer industry focuses on promoting, and there are many mature application cases in the national nitrogen fertilizer industry.
