    A few years ago, the production reservoir of the original vertical well of Well TH10240 was a karst reservoir in the T708 fractured-vuggy zone, but shortly after continuous production, the liquid supply was insufficient until production was stopped
    .


    The technical staff interpreted the reservoir in detail, scanned and re-ported the fault zone where it was located, and found that the fracture surface in the well area was well developed with karst, wide lateral range, and possible reservoir development, and innovatively proposed a new concept of "fault-solution" reservoir


    After that, the technical staff continued to deepen and improve the understanding of "break-solution" reservoirs.
    Based on the deployment of sidetracking in old wells, the accumulated recoverable economic reserves were increased by more than 1.
    3 million tons, and the drilling rate of high-yield wells reached more than 70%

    Changes in mining technology have increased the production of reserves

      In the past three years, a total of 29 wells in the south of the ten district have implemented high-pressure and large-scale water injection, with an average water injection pressure of 19MPa, an average periodic water injection of 9,000 cubic meters, and a cumulative oil increase of 138,000 tons

      For some oil wells with single well water injection failure and not suitable for high-pressure hydraulic expansion to supplement energy, technicians innovated their thinking, jumped out of the single well and looked at the unit, implemented well group balanced water injection, and the unit integral water injection, which has a significant effect

    Unit TH10402 is an oil and gas enrichment unit, but it is mainly low-energy intermittent, with an average daily output of only 3.


      Transformation of management methods to realize fine management of oil wells

      The stable production of oil wells depends not only on the deepening of geological understanding and the advancement of mining technology, but also on fine management and maintenance

      The operation and maintenance of oil wells in the southern block of the tenth district was originally undertaken by three contractors, with many coordination links, high personnel turnover rate and difficult management

      In 2016, the oilfield company built Sinopec's first "well-station integration" intelligent management demonstration zone in the south of the tenth district.
    The oil wells have realized remote monitoring, drone line inspection, and online water-bearing monitoring
    .


    The third oil production plant took this as an opportunity to streamline contractors and reduce the three to one.


      After the formation of the strategic contractor, the oil production plant’s assessment of the contractor highlighted the quality and efficiency of production and operation, and greatly mobilized the contractor’s staff to take the initiative to work.
