    On December 22, 2020, the Russian company "Natural materials" from Dubna (Moscow region) and the Swiss company "Sulzer" signed an agreement of intent for the transfer of licensing and the supply of technical equipment for the production of polylactic acid (PLA)

    The parties agreed to sign a binding contract no later than March 2021, with production commissioning expected to begin in the first half of 2023

    The agreement was signed on behalf of Eric Grinenko, CEO of the company "Natural materials", and Arnold van Sinderen, CEO of "Sulzer" - the Russian subsidiary of Sulzer (LLC "Sulzer Chemtech")
