    Foreign News reported on December 17, Leonid Fedun, vice president of Russian oil giant Lukoil, said on Friday that he expects OPEC to stick to its decision to increase oil production by 400,000 barrels a month at a meeting in January

    He also said that the company's oil production will not reach the level before the outbreak in April

    He said Lukoil plans to increase natural gas production to 30% of total production by 2031
