SABIC Appoints Bamberger Polymers as Regional Distributor for the Americas

Bamberger Polymers has been designated by SABIC as its authorized distributor for engineering thermoplastics and polyolefins in the Americas

In a press release, SABIC officials said the partnership will expand Bamberger's market presence for these product lines by leveraging Bamberger's marketing and distribution network in the Americas
.

Headquartered in Jericho, New York, Bamberger has distribution centers in the United States, Canada and Mexico, as well as Central and South America
.
Bamberger began serving Sabic customers in the fourth quarter
.
Representatives of Bamberger will have access to its global application design and testing resources, SABIC officials said
.

SABIC products supplied by Bamberger include Cycolac (ABS), Cycoloy (PC/ABS), Geloy (ASA), Lexan (PC), Stamax (long glass PP), Valox (PBT) and Xenoy (PC/PBT)
.

"This collaboration supports [our] growth strategy in the region and will provide customers with new polymer solutions in all markets in the Americas," said Olga Sessions, SABIC's Americas sales director for polymers

In the United States and Canada, Bamberger also distributes resins from Domo, Indorama, Ineos, Phillips 66, Polímeros Mexicanos and Westlake Chemical
