On June 10, SABIC announced that Husco, a supplier of high-performance automotive components, has successfully developed innovative technologies for next-generation vehicles using its ULTEM polyetherimide (PEI) resin, and hopes to further collaborate

According to reports, ULTEM resin is an amorphous thermoplastic PEI resin with excellent high temperature resistance, high strength and stiffness, and resistance to a variety of chemicals, achieving the perfect balance between mechanical properties and processability

Husco was one of the first manufacturers to use ULTEM resin in automotive parts and has extensive experience in the design and production of this high-end material
