    SINOCHEM News recently, Sasol announced that it has officially sold 16 air separation plants in Sekunda, Mpumalanga, South Africa, to Air Liquide, and it has been approved by the Competition Authority
    .


    According to the terms of the agreement, the transaction will be completed within 10 working days


    It is reported that the Sekunda plant was originally the world's largest oxygen plant owned by Sasol
    .


    After the completion of the acquisition, Air Liquide will completely own and operate the other 16 air separation units of the oxygen plant on the basis of the one air separation unit currently in operation, with an installed capacity of 42,000 tons per day
