3D printing service provider Sculpteo has partnered with parent company BASF to announce a new offering of high-performance materials for automotive customers
.
The new products include polyamide 6 (PA6), polypropylene and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) materials, which were developed at BASF 's R&D facilities in Germany and France
.

Each material family is available to help facilitate mass production of 3D printed parts for vehicles
.
In the collaboration between Sculpteo and Forward AM, Sculpteo is responsible for communicating with the market, while Forward AM is responsible for the "target of large-scale industrial commercialization of products with potential demand"
.
