Seven departments joint action Inner Mongolia has increased the special rectification of refined oil

On August 12, the reporter learned from the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau that in order to improve product quality and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, from now until July 2023, Inner Mongolia will carry out special rectification actions
for refined oil products in the whole region.
In this operation, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, the Public Security Department, the Emergency Department, the Department of Commerce, the Department of Ecology and Environment, the Energy Bureau, and the State Administration of Taxation of the Inner Mongolia Taxation Bureau jointly took action to severely crack down on the illegal operation and tax evasion of
refined oil products through continuous special rectification.

It is understood that the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Market Supervision and Administration Bureau recently reported on the supervision and random inspection of the quality of refined oil products in the
early stage.
Up to now, the whole district has supervised and inspected more than 780 various refueling stations and sampled more than 1,100 batches
.
The Territorial Market Supervision Bureau has opened 13 cases
for investigation.
Two cases were included in the public announcement
of typical cases of the "Iron Fist" operation in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.

According to reports, in the next step, various departments will work closely together to form a joint force
for law enforcement and supervision.
Increase the supervision and random inspection of the quality of refined oil products, and strengthen rapid detection capabilities

Carry out dragnet inspections in all flag counties and districts, and resolutely ban
those operating without a license or license.
Cases of suspected crimes will be promptly transferred to the public security departments for criminal prosecution

While administrative penalties are imposed on parties involved in the illegal operation of refined oil products investigated and handled, they will be included in the "blacklist" through the national enterprise credit publicity system platform, and the joint disciplinary action and restraint mechanism
of "breaking the law once and being restricted everywhere" will be strengthened.
