According to the "Shanghai Interim Measures for the Recommendation of New Pesticides (Apparatus)", the list of recommended pesticide varieties in Shanghai in 2017 (see the attachment) is now publicized.
The publicity period is from November 28, 2016 to December 6, 2016.

During the public announcement period, any objections can be reported to the Shanghai New Pesticide Variety Recommendation Committee and the Shanghai Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center
